Counselling sessions last 50 minutes. Please, get in touch for up to date fees as these are reviewed each year.

From time to time, I offer a limited number of concessionary sessions dependent on income. Please, get in touch for further details.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as you provide 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment.

Cancellation policies may feel unreasonable at times but, they are really important for a counselling practice. Unlike a lot of other professionals, a therapist can generally see a small number of clients each day. I reserve a full hour of my time for each session and clinical notes. If a client cancels with less than a full 48-hour notice, I won’t be able to fill that time slot, and I’ll lose an entire hour from my work schedule.
