Online Therapy
I offer online counselling in the form of a video call. Online therapy can offer the same level of support as face-to-face sessions & it has been around for a while even though it has only grown in popularity more recently. It means I can work with you wherever you might be based in the country or abroad.
Online therapy can provide access to a qualified therapist who may be further away from you, it may suit better to your schedule or other needs (i.e. if you have a (physical) disability, travel a lot, you have no access to transport and so on) and it can take place anywhere with a steady internet connection.
In the first session, we would take some time to get to know each other a little better, ask questions, and raise any concerns you may have. I will ask you what you hope to get out of therapy or why you are looking to talk to me, as well as ask a little background information about you.
